Meitenkun has been revealed for King of Fighters 15. This is the first new character revealed for King of Fighters 15 since the reveal of the first trailer featuring Shun’ei, K ‘, Leona, Mai, Kyo and Benimaru.
Of course, this is actually Meitenkun’s second appearance in the King of Fighters series when he made his debut in King of Fighters 14. Along with Shun’ei, Meitenkun was trained by Tung Fu Rue.
This hunter is a stranger as he always seems to be very sleepy. Strangely, he tends to carry his pillow with him in battle.
Despite all this, Meitenkun is still considered a highly skilled fighter within King of Fighters’ lore. Although Meitenkun has a very carefree attitude, it is noted that he often triumphs over Shun’ei, who is the protagonist of King of Fighters 14 and 15.
During the trailer it is shown that Meitenkun is able to attack with energy based attacks. By putting his energy into his pillow, even attacks using the pillow can deal damage to opponents.
