With this guide, the health insurance fund makes a set of materials available to companies, including infographics, brochures and webinars, with the aim of helping people deal with and understand the situation that caused the coronavirus crisis.
Marta Thomas, responsible for preventive activities and territorial director of MAZ in Aragon, explained “We detect the need to collaborate on the psychological well-being of people in companies and create a tool to help with the current situation.”
“All materials are ready to download and use by the companies, so that they can distribute it internally among the staff, organize it as they see fit, or ask advice from the health insurance specialists for preventive activities”Thomas adds.
The infographics They provide five ideas for dealing with daily stress levels, six steps for dealing with insecurity, and eleven resilient strategies for rescuing from discouragement and the feeling of being unable to overcome setbacks.
For their part, brochures They provide five steps for dealing with stress, five tips for reducing insecurity, a resource for resilience, and 17 tips for dealing with uncertainty.
finally, the webinars They consist of two half-hour awareness sessions on dealing with stress and insecurity in times of covid-19 and on resilient strategies to overcome adversity.
