A married British teacher has had sex with a 15-year-old student in the driveway of her childhood home, a court has heard.
35-year-old Kandice Barber has been accused of having sex with the underage boy three times – including straddling the teen in her car, having sex in a field and performing a sexual act with him in the woods in 2018.
In addition to hearing about the teacher’s alleged public sex acts, Amersham Law Courts was told that Barber posed naked on a bed – on all fours – so the teen could take pictures of her from behind, the Sun reported.
The boy then showed his classmates the derriere images and a selfie that Barber took in the shower, according to the outlet.
One of his friends testified on Wednesday that the boy had told him he had sex with Barber.
Defense attorney Nadia Chbat asked the friend what the boy had called the alleged havoc.
He said, ‘I fucked her,’ said the witness, who used British slang for sex, the Sun reported.
However, the friend only began to believe the boy’s claims when Barber came to see him play football at the Buckinghamshire school.
Another friend said he was shown a shower selfie with Barber’s face during class, as well as the shot on the bed.
“It’s like they are having sex,” he said in court. “I can’t see him, I can just see she’s on the bed and her knees were folded, like you were doing a push-up, but knees bent.”
He added, “I could see her ass, she was on her back, and I could see her hair and her face. He was like, ‘I got this.’ I was a bit shocked because he told me before that they were talking but I thought it was a fantasy to talk to the teacher but I didn’t believe it. “
The jury heard that Barber had previously been convicted for sending the boy a video in which she committed herself while surrounded by sex toys, the Sun reported.
On Tuesday she told the court that at 1.50 meters tall she was “too small” to have had sex with him.
She has denied three times of causing or inducing a child under the age of 16 to engage in sexual acts and once from sexual communication with a child.
Barber also denied on one occasion that he induced or induced a child to engage in sexual activities while in a position of trust, and one time that a child views a person’s sexual act in a position of trust.
