Marilyn Manson known rape threats, murder plot in book

Accused abuser Marilyn Manson previously admitted making rape threats against a woman who rejected his advances – and coming within moments of trying to murder an ex-girlfriend.

The shock rocker, who was dropped by his record label this week over numerous allegations of abuse, made startling confessions about his behavior towards women in his 1999 autobiography ‘The Long Hard Road Out of Hell’.

He even admitted to having nearly committed the “ perfect murder ” of a former bandmate and lover named Nancy – he was shocked for a moment before attempting to burn her to death in her home in the early 1990s.

“This was the first time I’d ever seriously considered murder. … She had to die, ”wrote the 52-year-old rocker, whose real name is Brian Warner.

“While I didn’t think it was right to take a human life, I didn’t think it right to deny myself the chance to let someone die, especially someone whose existence meant so little to the world and to herself, ” He wrote.

“At the time, taking someone’s life seemed like a necessary growth and learning experience, like losing your virginity or having a child.”

After bringing in a friend to help, Manson wrote about how they “ followed her, closeted her house, and figured out her routine ” before going to Nancy’s Fort Lauderdale home with “ kerosene, matches, and rags. ”

But as they got closer, a homeless person began to follow them as he tried to sell drugs – and they were eventually put off by a series of sirens heading for a nearby emergency, Manson wrote.

“After that night, I became too paranoid to kill Nancy, too scared to be caught and sent to prison,” he wrote. “I woke up to telling too many people that I hated her, and even the best plan … wasn’t good enough to protect us from accidental events like police cars passing by.”

Elsewhere, Manson recalled how he and another friend harassed a “hot brunette” they both had a crush on, but “didn’t even want to acknowledge our humanity.”

“I reverted to my usual deviant way of getting a girl’s attention: malicious, nonsensical behavior,” he wrote, saying they would “threaten every day for almost a month”.

“In the beginning the phone calls were harmless. But they soon got nastier, ”he wrote.

“We’re watching you,” we would threaten her at the height of our resentment. “You better not leave tonight because we are going to rape you in the parking lot and then crush you under your own car,” he wrote.

Manson came under fire on Monday when actress Evan Rachel Wood accused him of being the man who “horribly abused her” for years.

“I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission,” the rocker’s former fiancé wrote in an Instagram post, sparking numerous other allegations against the singer.

Manson insisted the allegations were “terrible distortions of reality.”

“My intimate relationships have always been a consensus with like-minded partners. Regardless of how – and why – others now choose to misrepresent the past, that’s the truth, ”he wrote on Instagram.
