‘She left him’: Bachelor Nation’s Evan Bass and wife Carly Waddell broke up in 2019, his ex-wife claims

Bachelors vet Evan Bass’s ex-wife, Marie Bass, has dropped a bombshell about his relationship with Carly Waddell.

Bass’s former partner, 38, shared on the Reality Steve podcast Thursday December 31 that he and Waddell, 35, have been living separately since 2019.

Waddell and Bass, who found love with the successful spin-off Bachelor In Paradise, announced on December 23 that they had split after nearly three years of marriage.

Marie, who is the mother of his three sons Nathan, Ensley and Liam, said of the situation between Evan and Carly:

“I want to say it was February 19 she left and moved to Pegram, Tennessee. She left him when she wasn’t even showing Charlie yet. ‘

The shocking allegations add a whole other layer of depth to the former’s couples relationship, announced in a joint statement last week.

‘We made the difficult decision to split up. We will always cherish our time together and continue to have the utmost respect for each other as we focus on what’s best for our family’s future. ‘

The couple first met and fell in love with the show in 2016 and got married on the show a year later and it seemed like a fairytale ending for them.

They share two children, Bella, two, and Charlie, 13 months, and Waddell becomes stepmother to his three sons.

Fans have started growing suspicious of the relationship for a handful of reasons over the past six months, with both appearing very little on each other’s social media.

The couple swore they’d have more kids in June, as Bass said, ‘I don’t think we’d make it if we had another one. We’d make it longer for a while, but … they’d probably lead to other paths, ” he shared on the Mommies Tell All podcast.

Waddell continued to fuel speculation, and things came to a head when she announced on December 6 that she moved in a vlog, without mentioning Evan in terms of ‘us’ in the video.

When Evan turned 38 on December 17, he celebrated without Carly by his side, only posting a photo of his kids that he called “My loves.”

The pair spent Christmas separately, as Waddell said it was “the new normal,” adding, “Which feels incredibly abnormal and actually very sad.”

On January 1, Carly posted a photo of she and Bella on New Year’s Day kissing themselves in the mirror saying, ‘Learn self love and practice yourself,’ as she shared last week, ‘heal all wounds, and yours too. ‘
