The National District Judicial Office for Permanent Reception Services sent José Antonio Cabrera Frías (Huevo) to protective custody, posing as a public transport driver to commit robberies in the La Fe extension.
According to a note from the prosecutor, in November 2020, the accused violently assaulted José Alejandro Concepción Eusebio, an act he committed in the company of Ramón Fernando Bautista (Wili and / or El Gordo, and alias Manchao), the last one she remain fugitives from justice.
The coercion request states that the suspect and the fugitives, who were traveling on board a gray car, took advantage of the fact that the victim was waiting for a public transport car to commit the crime and when he was already in the back seat sat down, she tied his hands and pulled her purse from her pockets.
He said they had taken 1,400 pesos from him and then started punching him with their fists, they asked him for the key to the bank cards to withdraw money, and they went to an ATM in the Naco sector of the National District.
After several laps, they returned his wallet with his personal documents and, arriving at Pepillo Salcedo Street in Ensanche La Fe, opened the door and threw him out of the moving car.
Judge José Alejandro Vargas ordered the suspect to be held in protective custody at La Victoria National Penitentiary for three months while evaluating and analyzing the evidence presented by Prosecutor Fior D’aliza Recio.
The prosecution provisionally classified this fact as an association of criminals and aggravated theft, in violation of Articles 265, 266, 379 and 382 of the Dominican Criminal Code.
