San Juan Municipal Police arrested a man on Constitución Avenue, near the Total gas station in San Juan, at around 10:31 pm yesterday, Saturday, for unfair revelations.
According to the complaint, municipal police officers arrested John Doe, who was described as black, 5’8 “tall, black hair, about 120 pounds, for being at unfair exhibitions, speaking disoriented, incoherently and aggressively.
The arrested man had no ID in his possession.
According to the report, prepared by the Calderón Municipal Police, of the Old San Juan Barracks, an order will be requested under Law 408 of involuntary admission to a mental hospital for their protection and well-being.
