The Gulf Freeway, I-45 will shut down completely in the League City area this weekend. All southbound lanes are closed all weekend from TX-96, League City Parkway to FM-517. Use Highway 3 as an alternative route.
In the Galleria area, Richmond is closed in both directions at the West Loop. Take Westheimer as an alternative route.
METRO’s red line will see a closure for track maintenance. The line shuts down from the Fannin South Transit Center to the Downtown Transit Center on Saturdays and Sundays. Bus shuttles run every ten minutes.
If you take Park and Ride, METRO will reduce the frequency of several routes from Sunday.
