The president of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, this Sunday presented a few drops that he described as “miraculous,” which, he assured, neutralize COVID-19 by 100% when used every four hours.
“Now that I have received the country’s official health permit, I can present the drug that neutralizes 100% of the coronavirus, Carvativir, better known as José Gregorio Hernández’s miraculous drops,” the president said during a televised address offering a balance. about the pandemic in Venezuela.
This treatment, he explained, is the product of several clinical, scientific and biological studies that lasted nine months and included experiments in moderate and severe patients who, always according to the president, recovered from the disease thanks to these drops.
“Ten drops under the tongue, every four hours, and the miracle is done, it is a powerful antiviral, very powerful that neutralizes the coronavirus,” insisted Maduro, then pointed out that everything related to this product “will be published in international magazines”.
Carvativir, he continued, is a “totally harmless” drug as “it has no secondary or negative effects,” at least that’s what the “massive experiments” conducted in Venezuela show, he said.
Beginning this week, the president said, “mass production” of this drug will begin, for which the government plans to set up a direct distribution system that will ensure that these doses are delivered to all hospitals and health centers in general.
In addition, Maduro plans to export thousands of doses of Carvativir to the countries that make up the ALBA-TCP block along with Venezuela (Cuba, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Haiti and other Caribbean countries) and commercialize it with other countries with which it maintains a ” strategic relationship ”, although he did not mention one.
He added that Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez will hand over all information to World Health Organization (WHO) Director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, “so that he knows and certifies this powerful antiviral.”
