Madison LeCroy is not withdrawing.
On Sunday, the “Southern Charm” star spoke out on her Instagram story, two days after exes Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler called out “users” in a now viral post on social media. Fans online speculated that the former couple’s message was aimed at LeCroy.
“Morning. Yeah, so it looks like I have to drop some receipts. I hate doing that,” LeCroy said in one story.
In two separate posts, LeCroy shared screenshots of a text conversation that appeared to be with Cutler, although it’s unclear when the exchanges took place. She also posted a picture of herself with the former NFL quarterback, 37.
In one message, LeCroy texted, ‘Why did you come here? Because you didn’t tell me. She received the answer, “To hang out with you”.
In another text, LeCroy said, “Jay ive has done nothing but respect you and your privacy” and, “I respect you and I respect your family and I would never say anything to endanger you and your family.”
LeCroy also wrote, “I am disgusted with this whole situation. You reached out to me … Your intentions may not have been pure, but you could project that. I never said anything about Kristin and neither did I. I answered this honestly and with good intentions. I don’t want to be part of a payback or drama. But you have initiated and prosecuted. “
She also captioned her Instagram story, “I kept my mouth shut until I was called a liar …”
Over the weekend, Cavallari, 34, and Cutler sent the internet in a tailspin when they posted identical photos and posts on Instagram. The two, who announced their divorce in April 2020, wrote: “The world is full of users. 10 years. I can’t break that. “
While some fans cheered for a reunion in the comments section, others wondered if the caption was aimed at LeCroy, whose Instagram Live from a previous night raised eyebrows.
LeCroy, who previously dated her “Southern Charm” co-star Austen Kroll, is said to have poked fun at a dance video Cavallari made with Kroll, 33, in December. That month, the alum “Very Cavallari” also shot rumors that she and Kroll were an item.
Earlier this month, during a performance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live”, LeCroy was asked by Andy Cohen if she had tuned in to Kroll and Cavallari’s hangout.
“I was busy with my own adventure, but no, I didn’t,” she replied.
When Cohen replied, “an adventure of the Jay Cutler kind,” LeCroy said, “I’m not kissing and telling, so.”
A Cutler representative did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
