Eminem slipped on Friday with the release of Music to Kill By – Side B which was a perfect opportunity for him to rekindle his feud with Machine Gun Kelly. Now most people will probably agree that Em had that fight in a bag, but for some reason, he keeps revisiting, because he didn’t. On two separate occasions during the deluxe edition of his latest project, Machine Gun Kelly becomes the target of Eminem’s bars.

“Fair weather, wishy-washy / She think Machine washed me / Swear to God, man, her favorite rapper wish he’d crossed me”, the rap icon spits on “Zeus” where he dissociates 6ix9ine just a few bars earlier. He then took a more subtle jab on MGK on “Gnat,” where he raps, “They’re coming at me with machine guns / Like trying to fight a mosquito.”

They are easily the least offensive bars in the project, even in terms of the people he says to the project. However, it was still enough to shake up MGK / Eminem over Twitter and justify a reaction from Machine Gun Kelly herself. The rapper didn’t say too much. In fact, it’s probably the addition of the garbage emoji that said more than the words he wrote. “those subliminal”, he wrote along with a garbage emoji and a crying emoji.

MGK recently admitted that his feud with Eminem was taking its toll on his career. Remember, album sales are on his album Hotel Diablo were particularly low. Kelly claims it’s a ‘flawless’ hip hop album cover to back, but the hard work with Eminem has tarnished the perception of his artistry.

“As a hip hop album, [Hotel Diablo] is flawless front to back, and also a hint at the evolution of how I ended up in a pop punk album. But it came from the end of that infamous beef [with Eminem]. So nobody wanted to give it the time of day, “he said.” What I did in the beef was exactly what it was supposed to be, but that project was not welcome. The next album came out of the feeling I had already settled on, so I didn’t even care what the audience would think about it. ”
