President Luis Abinader said today in the province of Santiago that the goal of the government is to create jobs and more jobs.
He indicated that his goal is to integrate national industry with the industrial free zones to achieve this important goal.
The head of state led the launch of the industrial park’s seventh phase of growth, Víctor Espallat Mera de Santiago, which announced the consolidation of two major business consortia, generating more than 5,000 direct jobs.
He said all the energy and dedication of the government he leads is to make investments so that there are sources of work for all Dominicans.
Prior to the intervention of the President of the Republic, the Minister of Industry, Trade and Mypime, Víctor Bisonó and the President of the Santiago Free Zone Corporation, Miguel Lama Rodríguez, as well as executives from the Swedish companies Marcha and Boombah, spoke.
Bisonó emphasized the remarkable increase in investment in free zones and other productive sectors during the seven months of the current government
While Miguel Lama Rodríguez in his words referred to the growth achieved by the consortium he leads, with an integral development, encompassing the social, human and with protection to generate all of its clean energy.
