After some Luis Flores, former club player like Cruz Azul, Chivas and the Cougars from the UNAM, was hospitalized after contracting the Coronavirus, Manuel Negrete reported on his health status.
Through his Twitter account, the Mayor of Coyoacán showed that the former player is stable and has improved significantly thanks to the treatment imposed on him.

Negrete, who was Flores’ teammate in the UNAM Pumas and Mexican National Team, also pointed out that the former striker was in a serious condition when he was accepted, but that he was developing favorably.
“When he was hospitalized his condition was severe, there was no need to intubate him and he gradually responded favorably to the treatment.”
