The tournament starts on January 12, 2021, where Celaya will be visited by Tepatitlán FC on the field of Miguel Alemán Valdés.

In turn, the two finalists of the tournament in the case of Atlante will play a visit to Cimarrones on Wednesday, January 13, while Jaiba Brava visits Atlético Morelia from José Luis Higuera.
The regular phase of the tournament ends on April 15, while the reclassification phase is from April 20 to 22, while the Liguilla starts on April 28 and 29.
