Fans of Star Wars are waiting this spring LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga arrives on Nintendo Switch.
During a recent interview with the official PlayStation Magazine, Dawn McDiarmid, lead designer of the game, confirmed the number of playable characters you can control in this epic saga. There are “about” 300 playable minifigures and “about 800 unique characters” all constructed.
“About 300 playable characters were created for this game, but a total of about 800 unique characters were created. Our character team did a really great job.”
The number of planets is just as impressive. There are “23 planets / moons” and 28 unique locations to explore.
“There are 23 planets / moons with 28 unique locations for the player to visit, each full of quests, challenges, items and characters to find. If you have a favorite Star Wars location, chances are you will find it in the game. “
The delay also appears to be paying off, with McDiarmid mentioning how the team was given the ability to further “polish and refine” the systems and features that needed that extra bit of love.
