LEGO Marvel Super Heroes appears to be coming to Nintendo Switch

LEGO Marvel Super Heroesfirst released in 2013, looks like it’s finally coming to the Nintendo Switch. A new entry for the game has stated that a Switch release is now on the way, even though the game has hit Nintendo platforms before.

Spotted on the official ESRB website, a webpage for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes has recently surfaced mentioning the game for the Switch platform. The list itself does not include any other standout pieces of information beyond the fact that it has an E10 + rating like other iterations of the game. A release date, that’s the only detail I imagine that many would be interested in, is also nowhere to be found.

At the moment, WB Games has not confirmed that LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is coming to Switch so it’s important to note that this may not be happening. With that in mind, however, leaks via the ESRB turn out to be more often than not accurate, which means that this leak has quite a bit of credibility behind it.

That said, it’s a bit strange to see WB Games looking for a game LEGO Marvel Super Heroes at this time. As mentioned earlier, the game has made an appearance on the 3DS and Wii U, meaning those who owned Nintendo platforms in the past could easily experience this game for quite some time. Still, it’s one of the more popular entries in the long run LEGO series, so it kind of makes sense to see WB Games trying to get a little more money out of it.

Obviously, this hasn’t been confirmed yet, but if there is an announcement in the near future we’ll keep you posted here at ComicBook.com.
