LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers never got their championship parade after winning the NBA title in October due to limitations in the California coronavirus.
On the other shore, Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers celebrated Wednesday afternoon with a boat parade after winning Super Bowl LV over the Kansas City Chiefs. Brady seemed to party pretty hard, which he later blamed for “just a little bit of avoCado tequila.”

James seemed to be a little jealous of Brady in his Twitter response to the ample amount of videos posted on social media showing that the team is living up to it.
“Man oh man, I wish we could have our parade too, because I would have walked beautifully just like you!” wrote the Lakers superstar.
James and Brady seemed connected, as their great careers might be coming to an end. Brady said immediately after receiving the Super Bowl LV MVP trophy that he was not ready yet. He has also alluded to the opportunity to play over the age of 45.
ROBERT HORRY, 7-TIME NBA CAMP, BURNS BACK AFTER TOM BRADY’S CRITICAL TWEET
‘I’ve looked [Brady] For a while now, and just to see him do the things he’s done in his career, to see him win another one yesterday the way he won, it was pretty cool, “he told ESPN.” was very inspiring for someone like me. But two different sports, two different positions. “
James, who started his NBA career at the age of 18 and just turned 36 in December, was asked if he sees a light at the end of the tunnel for the rest of his basketball life.
“I don’t know how long I’m going to play the game. I don’t know how much more I can give to the game,” he continued. “The way I feel now, we’ll see what happens. But I don’t have a timetable for it. I don’t have a year of, ‘Okay, do I want to play to 30 or 40?’ The game lets me know when it’s time and we’ll figure it out. “
