Larry King requested in his will that his $ 2 million estate be left to his children.
The handwritten will of the late broadcaster legend was obtained this week from multiple outlets, revealing that he requested that his estate be divided equally among his five children: Larry King, Jr., 59, Cannon, 20, Chance, 21, late son Andy and leaves daughter Chaia.
The document was dated Oct. 17, 2019, according to People, which was written two months after he filed for divorce from his seventh wife, Shawn Southwick King.
“This is my last will and testament. It should replace all previous writings. In the event of my death, any day after the above date, I want 100% of my money to be shared equally among my children Andy, Chaia, Larry Jr., Chance & Cannon, ” King wrote in the paper, according to the magazine.

King died at the age of 87 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on January 23.
His will was written several months prior to the loss of his two adult children Andy, 65, and Chaia, 51. The two died within weeks of each other. Andy had a heart attack, while Chaia battled lung cancer.

King shared his son Larry King Jr. with ex-wife Annette Kaye; and Cannon and Chance King with Southwick King.
The host of “Larry King Now” was married to Southwick King for 22 years before filing for divorce in August 2019. After his death, she revealed that he was hospitalized after contracting COVID-19 in late 2020, eventually dying of a sepsis infection. .
