Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler complained of an alleged dog bite

Weft.

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler – who split in April 2020 after 10 years of marriage – may be reunited by a lawsuit alleging that one of their dogs bit a cable boy.

Satellite and cable technician Nathan Beam has filed a lawsuit against Cavallari, 34, and Cutler, 37, over two allegedly uninhibited German Shepherds in their Tennessee home. Nashville NBC partner WSMV-4 reports that Beam is suing the pair for $ 500,000.

Beam claims he completed an on-site installation in June 2020 and was preparing to leave when a German Shepherd – he believes his name is Kona – stood outside the door on the driver’s side of his truck. He says he went to get something off the ground to distract the animal, and claims it then bit his left thumb and fingernail.

The suit says Cavallari’s assistant then came out, handed him a paper towel, and reportedly told him to vacate the property. He insists he did nothing to provoke the dog. (Cavallari and Cutler were not at home at the time.)

Beam believes the famous exes should be held responsible for not restraining their dogs during his visit. He also believes Cavallari is aware that her dogs can be aggressive, having previously called them a “trained killer” on Instagram.

He is suing for damages, alleging physical harm and disfigurement, as well as mental distress and loss of earnings.

The “Very Cavallari” star (also famous for her time on MTV’s “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach”) married former NFL quarterback Cutler in 2013. They share three children: sons Camden, 7; and Jaxon, 5; and 4-year-old daughter Saylor.

Cavallari is currently dating comedian Jeff Dye. The pair first connected in October when they were spotted together in Chicago. A month later, the duo were spotted having an “intimate” date night in Nashville.

Page six has reached out to a Cavallari representative for comment.
