Kris Jenner hands out divorce advice and it couldn’t be a better time given her daughter Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce.
The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch has been divorced twice – from her first husband, the late Robert Kardashian, and then from Caitlyn Jenner.
The famous momager discussed the importance of having priorities in ending a marriage, especially when the exes involved are sharing little ones. She spoke about the topic in a video interview with WSJ. magazine.

Kris Jenner herself has been through two divorces.

“I think the most important thing I’ve learned through my experience, both experiences, is that the kids come first,” Jenner, 65, said. “I think if you keep that in mind, and know that they’ll get you through, that love will get you through no matter how much you hurt.”
Jenner, who has been dating Corey Gamble for several years, also admitted that divorces can “ get really crazy. ”
“And by crazy I mean the things we do to ourselves that we sometimes focus on, that’s so unnecessary, I think you should just really try to focus on what the priority is,” she explained. “And for me, even at the very young age I was then, I felt like I knew this tremendous responsibility lay on me.”

Kris was previously married to Kardashian from 1978 to 1991. She then married Jenner in 1991, but they divorced after 22 years of marriage.
Kanye West reportedly responded to Kim Kardashian’s divorce filing last week.

Recently, the mother of six revealed that she initially had no idea about family finances when she married Kardashian. However, after divorcing him, then 36-year-old Jenner was immediately forced to get her money management skills in order.
In a telling recollection, Jenner reveals a conversation she had with a close friend that made her feel “ashamed” about her lack of knowledge of her finances.
One day my friend Shelli Azoff said to me as I was going through my divorce [from Robert], “How much does your gardener cost?” And I said, ‘I don’t know,’ Jenner revealed. And she said, “Don’t you know?” That was the turning point for me: I was ashamed that I didn’t know. “

Meanwhile, Kim, 40, is in the middle of a divorce West, 43. The Yeezy boss responded last week to his estranged wife’s divorce petition and reportedly would seek joint legan and physical custody, like Kim, of their four children – North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3 and Psalm, 1 – just like Kardashian did in her first divorce filing on Feb. 19.
The pair tied the knot in May 2014 before calling it quits in February.
