The clip, released Monday, opens with a look back at some of the important family moments documented by E! cameras for 19 seasons.
And it teases an upcoming drama as well, as fans glimpse Kim Kardashian’s struggle to save her six-year marriage to Kanye West.
“I feel like a goddamn loser,” the KKW beauty mogul tells family members in tears as she is overcome with emotions.
Kim Kardashian appears to be in an uproar in a teaser for the last season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which fell on Monday.
Little else is shown apart from Kim seemingly surrounded by her close relatives, her wedding ring still on her left.
In the room with Kim is Kendall, 25, who is also tearful when she listens to her older sister pour out her heart.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Kim, 40, would discuss the end of her marriage on her E! show and that Kanye was ‘less than excited’ that details would be aired.
Kim and Kanye – who together share North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, two, and Psalm, for 19 months – were in marriage counseling before Kim filed for divorce last month.

Khloe Kardashian, 36, and boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 29, continue to talk about having another child and seem to be considering using a surrogate.
“You entrust a surrogate to your unborn child … and it’s just scary.” Khloe tells Tristan, with whom she shares two-year-old daughter True.
