Khloé Kardashian, Tristan created embryos to expand the family

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are moving forward with plans to expand their family.

The 36-year-old “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star revealed that she underwent IVF “three different times” in an attempt to give a sibling to their 2-year-old daughter, True Thompson.

“I already frozen my eggs once and when I was ready to make embryos with Tristan, I made embryos,” she said on Sarah Hyland’s original digital series “Ellen,” “Lady Parts,” adding that “none of them it survived “after she thawed the eggs she had frozen.

After the failed attempts, Khloé said she realized her eggs weren’t strong enough to be frozen.

“They must be immediately mixed with sperm to make embryos. So I actually made embryos, ”said Khloé.

Good American’s founder also said the coronavirus pandemic has slowed her and 29-year-old Thompson’s family expansion.

“And then, you know, with COVID, finding this whole fertility process, if you need help with fertility, it’s a lot more challenging during COVID,” said Khloé, who came up with COVID-19 last year.

‘They say,’ If you want to make God laugh, tell him what your plans are. So the only time I really try to plan, God says, ‘Uh uh, you can’t make your plans like that.’ ”

Khloé explained that she is passionate about giving True a sibling because she grew up in such a large family.

“I absolutely want more children. I have so many brothers and sisters, ”she said. “I think it’s such a blessing – especially in these times – to have a family member or people you can play with and rely on and just have a buddy through life.”

In the latest trailer for the final season of the E! reality series, Khloé and Thompson are seen weighing surrogacy as an option to welcome a second child.
