He was charged with trespass and was due to appear in court in Los Angeles last week, but he did not show up.

TMZ reports that an injunction has been issued for Terry’s failure to appear in court.

She said, “I now know whether this person owns or owns firearms or other weapons. I am very concerned that he has or may have access to weapons.
