Rachel Bush, wife of Buffalo Bills security Jordan Poyer, claimed on Sunday that she was harassed by Kansas City Chiefs fans during the 2021 AFC Championship game.
Bush, who watched the Bills get to the Chiefs, 38-24, at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, called out the alleged conduct in a series of tweets deleted since then, according to TMZ.
“Those drunken chefs fans behind me know damn well that I’m a woman who says st straight to me, yuck,” Bush wrote.
In a separate post, Bush wrote, “I NEVER got into it with fans, but holy cow … disrespectful … embarrassing …”
Bush later clarified that “not all chefs fans are terrible”, noting that some were friendly.
“For the record, too, since I know articles will be written lol – not all of the chef’s fans are terrible lol – some were so nice! … only the ones behind me who bothered us directly,” Bush wrote.
“In fact, the rest of their own surrounding fan base was embarrassed, so that’s that lol,” she continued.
Bush later praised 28-year-old Poyer.
‘A proud woman tonight. Told me he would give it his all and he sure did, ” Bush tweeted.
‘But all year round. Like how you just gonna play every damn game lightly, ” she added.
Last month, Bush denounced the Pro Bowl voting process after Poyer received no nod.
The Chiefs will now face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl 2021 on Sunday, February 7 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
