Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, the stylish, Jet Set Radio-influenced action graffiti game from developer Team Reptile, coming to ‘all relevant platforms’ in 2022. (That certainly includes Steam.) A new trailer for Bomb Rush Cyberfunk Released Wednesday shows that people with access to relevant platforms should be excited, especially if they have a taste for Dreamcast-era visuals.
Team Reptile describes its new game as “1 second per second of very advanced funk style”. Players will create a custom coding composed of chunky, colorful polygons and will “dance, paint, cheat, take on the police and use your claim to the extrusions and voids of a sprawling metropolis in an alternate future.”
“You will meet a lot of crazy people”, Team Reptile promises.
As heard in today’s trailer, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk will feature new music from composer Hideki Naganuma, the composer behind it Jet Set Radio and Jet Set Radio Future‘s iconic soundtracks.
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk was first unveiled in 2020 and was originally scheduled for release this year.
