And on Friday, Jennifer Lopez took time to reflect on her life and career in a video chat that served as the first edition of Coach Conversations on YouTube.
The 51-year-old multi-hyphenated entertainer sat down for a virtual chat with author and podcast presenter Jay Shetty to discuss the idea of the goal.

The pair touched on many topics, from Jlo’s countless past successes and how she saw herself when she got into show business.
“I remember going through therapy in the beginning, you know, a little late thirties, and there was a lot of talk about loving yourself and I was like,” I love myself, “she reflected.
‘But of course I did all these things in my personal relationships that didn’t seem like I loved myself, but I didn’t even understand the concept of it,’ added the Out Of Sight actress.
“It took time and it’s a journey and it’s still a journey for me.”

At another point, the theme of reinvention emerged.
“People always say,” Oh, she’s reinventing herself. It’s a reinvention. ” I don’t like that word, ”Lopez said.

It was a distinctly different feeling from any other superstar diva who has been referred to as the ‘mother of reinvention’.
Madonna, who happened to have dated Jennifer’s fiancé Alex Rodriguez before, is proud to have reinvented herself over and over again during her decades-long career, even calling her 2004 world tour the Re-Invention Tour.
Instead, Jlo focused on another popular concept as one of the keys to her success: the law of attraction.

“What you say and what you think, and I tell my kids this all the time, becomes your reality,” reflected the In The Morning singer.
“If you say to yourself, ‘I’m going to be this or I’ll be that’ or you say to yourself, ‘I’m a goddamn loser,’ then you’re a goddamn loser. Whatever it is, tell yourself that and it will manifest.
‘I really believe that we create our lives. Again, not just with our actions and the things we do, but the things we think and the self-talk we give. ‘
