Jennifer Lawrence was injured after being hit with a shard when a stunt went wrong on the set of her latest movie.
The Oscar-winning star, who reportedly earns £ 10m to star opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in the science fiction drama Don’t Look Up, is said to be ‘shaken but okay’ after the Boston incident.
The accident happened when the 30-year-old was filming a riot scene where a trash can was thrown through a window next to where she was sitting.

A source said: ‘It was a routine stunt and everything seemed fine until the window broke and she screamed and fell to the floor.
The glass hit her above the eye, but there were concerns that small fragments might have entered the eye, so she was taken to hospital.
There does not seem to be any long-term damage. ‘
The film, already delayed by Covid, has now been put on hold while the actress recovers.
