The standard states that Travelers who do not show a PCR test in the country of origin must be able to board When they verbally state that they had difficulty taking the test or achieving the result in the required time before the flight; For these purposes, the verbal manifestation of the passenger will be sufficient, believed to have taken place under the gravity of the oath.

“The person who boarded the plane says he did not have the opportunity to take the test,” arrives in the country and is tested with insulation retained while its result arrives. It simplifies the process and ensures that there is no problem when arriving in the country, ”said Ruiz.

The passenger must inform the immigration officer at the time of immigration check if he has practiced the PCR test with a negative result for Covid-19 within 96 hours prior to boarding or if he chooses to have the test in Colombia and preventive isolation do until it has a negative result; or quarantine for 14 days or for the time period specified by the health authority, in case you choose not to take the test in Colombia.
