Pete Davidson has officially moved out of his mother’s basement and bought his own luxury apartment for $ 1.2 million – just before the new year, The Post reports.
The move comes four years after he got a $ 1.3 million home on Staten Island for his mother, Amy Waters, in 2016. Davidson, 27, lived in the basement of the house until December, when he moved into a high-rise.
But he still stays close to home.
The Saturday Night Live star bought the apartment on the north coast of Staten Island, not far from his mother. The house was bought through an LLC, ownership records show.
A Davidson representative has not yet responded to The Post’s request for comment.
With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the corner house is located on the water and offers a panoramic view of Manhattan.
In the original frame, the photos show a Hawaiian-themed bathroom, a purple-painted kitchen, and one of the two bedrooms with bunk beds.
During a Zoom call posted to TikTok last weekend, Davidson revealed that he had been relocated.
“I just moved out of my mom’s house,” he said, looking for his keys. As he entered, he added, ‘I’m completely out. I have a notepad. “
The news of his big move comes a month after his romance with “Bridgerton” star Phoebe Dynevor came to light.
According to the listing, the apartment is described as the ‘pinnacle of luxury lifestyle’.
The house has high ceilings, high windows with lots of natural light and a private terrace.
Other features of the home include an open plan layout, a redesigned kitchen with a peninsular seating area, quartz countertops and a unique “waterfall” installation.
The master suite features a full bath with a marble sink, a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet with its own door to the patio.
Building amenities include secure doorman access, resident lounge, fitness center, playground and grill stations.
Dynevor, 25, and Davidson have reportedly been dating since early March.
An insider told Page Six that the two were taking it easy.
They’re “not too serious,” the source revealed, adding that Davidson is committed to “SNL” in New York, and Dynevor is “practically the rest of the year” in England as she begins filming season 2 of her popular Netflix show. “Bridgerton.”
