In Matt James and Tyler Cameron’s ‘Bachelor’ apartment in NYC

Matt James and Tyler Cameron have the ultimate Manhattan “Bachelor” pillow.

Bachelor Nation’s heartbreakers are roommates in an upscale apartment on One Manhattan Square on the Lower East Side, a source told Page Six exclusively.

We’re told their two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit faces downtown towards the financial district and also offers river views.

A comparable unit in the building costs $ 1.96 million or rents for about $ 8,000 per month.

A source confirmed to us that although James, 29, and Cameron, 27, appear as spokespersons on One Manhattan Square’s Instagram, they are still paying rent for the luxury pad, although it’s unclear how much.

“They don’t live there 100 percent for free,” said the source. “In my opinion there is no quid pro quo for posting.”

One Manhattan Square has 800 residences, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and the building is shaped like a Z, so almost “every unit has a view.”

The building also houses the largest private facilities in the city, covering more than 100,000 square feet with an indoor salt water pool, rest garden, fitness center with sauna and theater space.

“Matt and Tyler are known for being on the basketball court a lot with other residents,” a source shared.

Cameron first moved to One Manhattan Square in the fall of 2019, and has been open about what is alive on social media. With he and James bragging about nearly 3 million followers together, we’re told there have been a few fans who have tried to get a glimpse of the “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” stars.

“No one has definitely infiltrated the building, but there are some fans who walked on or discovered the building because of it,” said a source.

Influencers with a lot of followers aren’t out of the norm in One Manhattan Square, however. Celebrity trainer Isaac Boots is also a resident.

We are told that the residents don’t mind having a famous face around, and that Cameron is especially well liked for making himself part of the building’s community.

“During the pandemic, Tyler organized a virtual gym class for the residents of the building,” said a source. “In my opinion it was a welcome to all residents, especially as he is so kind with his time and organized this lesson for residents, which I think was one of the most watched lessons.”

Page Six has learned that former “bachelor” Peter Weber, who just moved to New York after his divorce from Kelley Flanagan, has not followed in the footsteps of Cameron and James to One Manhattan Square.

However, there is a chance that Cameron may be looking for a new roommate soon. James’ season of “The Bachelor” is currently airing on ABC, so it remains to be seen if he gets engaged and will give up his dreamy “Bachelor” pillow to move in with his new fiancé.
