“I won in departments with more electoral burden”: Luis Zelaya

Luis Zelaya, a candidate for the Recover Honduras movement, announced yesterday that the acts in his possession will give him victory over the departments that carry the greatest electoral burden and give him a 7% advantage over his opponent. Yani Rosenthal.

Luis Zelaya calls National Electoral Council (CNE) to conduct a transparent investigation with observation of the representatives of the political movements and of civil society organizations and the media.
