Actors Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will host a bicoastal Golden Globes Sunday that was postponed almost two months because of the corona pandemicFey will appear from the Rainbow Room in New York City and Poehler will be at The Beverly Hilton in Southern California, a region that suffered from a peak after the holidays in COVID-19 cases in January, when the awards ceremony is usually held.
Even with the delay, the annual ceremony honoring excellence in film and television is set to kick off this year awards season with the Grammys held in March and the Oscars in April. On Sunday’s show, Jane Fonda will receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award and Norman Lear received the Carol Burnett Award for their performance.
