How to book an appointment with Nintendo’s concierge service

The Nintendo Switch is on track to become Nintendo’s best-selling platform. Not since the Wii have so many people come to a Nintendo system, but that Broad appeal means that those picking up one for the first time may not be familiar with gamingBut Nintendo has a new one program that can help.

With more than 70 million copies sold so farChances are, some of the Switch’s audience will include lapsed Mario fans who haven’t picked up a controller since the ’90s, young owners of new consoles, and curious latecomers trying out video games for the first time. For those struggling to learn and use their new Switch, Nintendo now offers the Nintendo Switch Concierge Program. Switch owners can sign up for free for 30 minutes of video chat with a Nintendo Customer Service Representative. Agreements relate to a specific topic, such as:

  • Learning to use the Switch console
  • Playing games
  • Finding new games to play
  • Create a Nintendo Account
  • Online security and privacy
  • Adjust the console

You should definitely make an appointment with a Nintendo Switch Concierge if you feel intimidated by the device, but make sure you book fast: T.ime slots are first come, first served. Fortunately, it is easy to sign up:

  1. Open the official Nintendo Switch Concierge pageScroll down to the bottom of the page and select one of the topics you want to cover from the list.
  2. Select a date and time using the calendar.
  3. Add your name and email address. You can also record your phone number, address and any other comments you want to add, but these are optional.
  4. Click “Book” to submit the appointment.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]
  6. On the day of your appointment, use the link in that email to start a video chat with a Nintendo representative. They guide you through the basics of the topic you have selected and help answer additional questions you may have
