The US administered more than half a million doses of Covid-19 vaccines in the first week of the country’s massive vaccination campaign, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Sunday.

The photos, taken by Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE, are mainly distributed to primary care health professionals across the country. A total of 556,208 shots have been dropped so far from 2.84 million that have been distributed, the agency said online. Atlanta-based CDC is following the recordings as part of the nationwide rollout and to monitor their safety.
