Horacio Villalobos temporarily leaves the “Venga la Alegría” program

What a shock the followers of Horacio Villalobos this Tuesday morning, when on his Twitter account, the host announced his departure from the program “Venga la Alegría”.

Without giving details, Villalobos suggested that his fans turn him on for TV Azteca morning because it would talk about his departure from the program.

Minutes later, in the same social network, Horacio explained that the departure would be temporary and that he would return in April after participating in an English-American film. Villalobos joined “Venga la Alegría” in May 2020.

“I am indeed leaving @ VengaLaAlegria, but temporarily. I’m going to make an English-American movie. I’ll be back on the air on @VengaLaAlegria on April 19th,” it says.

The conductor’s followers wished him the best in this acting experience outside of the theater, and they recognized that they would miss him very much in the morning, where he has a partnership with Anette Cuburu, Cynthia Rodríguez, Laura G, Capi Pérez, Patricio Borghetti, Roger González and Ricardo Cásares.

A few days ago, Horacio Villalobos became a trend in social networks after presenter Natalia Téllez accused him of transphobic behavior, most notably with Alejandra Bogue, with whom Villalobos had problems in the past.

“Am I transphobic? Never! If I have done anything it is to defend diversity. And I have fought against homophobia and transphobia in the companies I have worked in,” replied Horacio.
