Israel Rincón Martínez, known as El Guacho, was ordered to murder “Chapo” Guzman’s favorite son, failed and was tortured for hours.
Israel Rincón Martínez, known as Guacho and hitman of the Beltrán Leyva Cartel, received the order in August 2010 to release Iván Archivaldo Guzmán, son of Joaquín el Chapo Guzmán, who had the rift between the criminal organization and the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS) caused to murder.
