“New week, new fitness goals!” the actress wrote on Instagram alongside the motivational snap.

Halle told People about her COVID fitness routine last month: “ I’ve made it my mission to find time during the day to exercise, get work done and be a mom.
“I think during COVID it was easy to forget the time of our day to be active because we just can’t do the things we used to do and it’s hard to find ways to do that at home.”
About practicing wellness, she said, “I have to work on it every day. I need to think about what I put into my body through food, how I move, and all the ways I can work hard so I can be through as many stages of my children’s life as possible here. ‘
