Looking good, Tessica!
Tessica Brown was spotted in Los Angeles this week with her newly released locks, a day after she had surgery to remove Gorilla Glue spray from her hair.
Photogs snapped Brown looking refreshed and wearing a short haircut as she hiked through the sunny weather on Thursday before heading home to Louisiana.
“It just kind of tingles, but it gets better and all,” she told TMZ cameras on LAX Friday, noting that she has to wait six weeks to restyle her hair. She is planning “something very along,” she said.
Brown went viral when she uttered a public cry for help by removing the glue that had stuck her hair to her scalp for an entire month.
In the end, she cut off her ponytail in an effort to relieve her discomfort and sought treatment in a hospital, but to no avail.
Her ordeal finally came to an end this week when a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon offered to remove the adhesive surgically for free.
Brown’s experience has led to a disturbing new “Gorilla Glue Challenge” that reportedly sent a man to hospital after sticking a plastic cup to his lip in a video shot for social media. Brown is not amused.
“It’s not funny. It’s not funny at all. Don’t do it. Don’t do it at all. Period,” she told TMZ of the challenge.
