Roy closed the letter by saying that if Ocasio-Cortez did not apologize for her words, other measures would be taken to condemn her statement.

“If Representative Ocasio-Cortez does not immediately apologize, we will be forced to find alternative means to condemn this regrettable statement,” Roy wrote in a letter to Pelosi on Thursday.
