Since the announcement The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD for the Switch, Nintendo is constantly reminding fans on social media that this version of the game is a better experience than the original Wii release.

His latest post on Twitter mentions how the in-game controls have been recreated and are now “smoother and more intuitive” than in the 2011 release. So yeah – that’s another reason to maybe double dip.

In addition to improved controls, there will also be some new control options. As noted earlier, there are now button and analog inputs – allowing you to make sword movements simply by tilting the sticks.

The controls were a big talking point when Skyward Sword was originally released, so it’s not surprising to see Nintendo talk about the new and improved control styles.
