When Stern asked the actor how he was doing with his wife and children, Alexander and Ella, and if it was difficult without ‘the 500 nannies’.

“First of all, we only have one nanny,” he smiled back. George started the rest of his answer by telling the shocker that he understands that no one wants to hear people complain in his position of wealth, security and power.

“I’m not going to complain about anything,” he said. “But it’s unusual.”

“In some ways the lockdown was funny because I was doing the things I used to do again,” Clooney continued. “I do seven washes a day, you know, I mop the floor, I’m the chef of the house.”

Stern suggested this could be the plot of a movie and Clooney laughed, joking that it was like the 1983 comedy, Mr. Mom starring Michael Keaton.

In other parts of his virtual interview with Stern, Clooney denounced people who refuse to wear masks despite being mandated to do so in various states and municipalities to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Your freedom is this: You are free to smoke until your lungs turn black, but you can’t do it on the bus. And you’re free to drink until your liver comes out of your ass, but you can’t drink and then get behind the wheel of a car. ‘

He went on to say there are some guidelines that must be followed by the general public to stop the spread of the virus.

The character was written to be pregnant to match Jone’s real pregnancy. She gave birth in September.

The film was shot in freezing temperatures, and Clooney told Stern it was so cold that these eyelids would freeze shut within ’60 seconds’ of stepping out.

He explained that someone would have to physically lead him to a crew member who would warm his eyelashes with a hair dryer so that he could open his eyes again.
