Gal Dished on Cocktail Hour Live! show: “I remember watching a documentary about Princess Diana, like the real royal, the English Princess Diana.”

She recalled that ‘there was a part where they said she always, she was compassionate and she always took care of the people’.

A bubble rang in Gal’s head and she decided, ‘That should be the Wonder Woman we have, and it fully communicates what you just said about the compassion because you know I wanted to portray a character that people will, you know , are inspired by, but can also relate to. ‘

While Princess Diana was married to Prince Charles, she became known for her widespread display of tenderness, such as hugging a child with AIDS.

After she was separated from the royal family and died in a car accident in Paris, then British Prime Minister Tony Blair dubbed her the ‘People’s Princess’.

Gal’s new interview comes less than two months after Emma Corrin won a Golden Globe for her portrayal of Diana in The Crown.

The cast of the Netflix show will be switched for the next two seasons to allow the characters to age, so that Diana will now be played by Elizabeth Debicki.

Now Twilight actress Kristen Stewart is taking on the role in an upcoming biopic called Spencer from Jackie director Pablo Larrain.

The film shows that Diana spent Christmas with her in-laws in Sandringham in the early 1990s and that her marriage to Prince Charles is beyond salvation.

A similar situation was portrayed in The Crown’s final season finale with Charles and Diana’s wedding at breaking point during Christmas 1990.
