After Gabriel Soto’s intimate video was leaked and that it went viral, the actor is trying to sue the person who published it, but that’s not all, recently the actor’s lawyer stated that Soto could also act legally against Piñatería Ramírez, a local who created his figure after the video.
In an interview with the program First hand, Gabriel Soto’s lawyer, Gustavo Herrera Torres, was questioned about the possibility that the actor is suing the piñatería for making a figure of Soto after the leak of the intimate video.
“A few moments ago I had a phone conversation with Gabriel Soto’s father, I told him that I have not had any communication with Gabriel so far, but there is definitely an administrative, civil and criminal offense being committed here for the reproduction of this product said the lawyer.
The lawyer said that because of publications made by Piñatería Ramírez on social networks and in some media, assuring the figure is Gabriel Soto, they could sue the local.
“There is a confession to the Ramírez piñatería where they accept and acknowledge that this piñata is about Gabriel Soto, when you see the picture of the figure it does not have Gabriel’s features, but there are distinctive features such as tattoos”, said.
Although Gabriel Soto’s piñata is not commercialized, According to the lawyer, the piñatería has already committed a crime.
“We are dealing with a question: how we can quantify the damage to the actor. They stated that they have not sold the piñata and that people have taken pictures of themselves, the fact is that they have already committed a crime ”.
Gabriel Soto’s lawyer also spoke about the actor’s complaint you want to file a file against the person who posted the video.
“I know he has gone to a number of institutions and the complaint has definitely been filed, not through me, even though I am Gabriel Soto’s lawyer. I have made statements that the cyber police are responsible for investigating and finding the person who leaked the video, ”he added.
