Four more lawsuits were filed against Deshaun Watson, including a charge of sexual assault in March 2021

HOUSTON – Four other lawsuits for sexual assault and improper conduct were filed Monday against Deshaun Watson, including one alleging that the Houston Texans quarterback sexually assaulted a woman this month.

The attorney representing the women, Tony Buzbee, has filed 11 lawsuits against Watson since last week.

A lawsuit filed Monday alleges that in March 2021, Watson assaulted a massage therapist by “ touching her with his penis and exposing himself. ”

Another lawsuit from Monday focuses on two massage sessions, one in June 2020 and one in August 2020, in which Watson allegedly harassed a woman by “ grabbing the prosecution’s buttocks and vagina, touching her with his penis and trying to force her to perform oral sex with him. This lawsuit alleges that the first massage was booked through a spa and the second through Instagram, where the woman says she “didn’t realize Watson was a repeat customer.”

The third lawsuit concerns an incident that allegedly took place in January 2021 accusing Watson of exposing himself to a massage therapist, “touching her with his penis and making sexually suggestive comments.”

The fourth lawsuit accuses Watson of harassing a massage therapist and exposing himself to the woman in August 2020.

Buzbee said in an Instagram post Saturday that he would file affidavits and evidence from several women with the Houston Police Department and the Houston District Attorney Monday morning. He also said he will request a grand jury to consider the evidence and determine whether the state of Texas should press charges against Watson.

On Friday, Buzbee said he spoke with Watson’s representatives for the first time in February about one of the allegations of sexual assault.

Buzbee also said Friday that he has been hired to represent 12 women and has been approached by “more than 10 additional women” who have come forward with reports of similar behavior from Watson.

Last week, NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said that “the matter is under review” of the league’s personal behavior policy, and the Texans said in a statement that they would be in close contact with the NFL during the investigation.
