Fortnite has a new limited-time mode that makes you the target of The Mandalorian, one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy. The mode is called Mando’s Bounty and you have to survive Din Djarin as well as other enemy players if you want to win.
The new mode requires you to hunt other players or a specific target on the map to earn galactic credits. Each elimination or target kill gives you more credits, and the first player or team to reach the credit target wins. But there’s a catch: if you’re at the top of the credits rankings, The Mandalorian will start chasing you themselves.
As a reward for surviving The Mandalorian’s chase and earning a Victory Royale in Mando’s Bounty mode, players will unlock a special Beskar umbrella complete with the Mudhorn Seal that Din and Grogu earned in the show’s first season .
In addition to the new mode, there’s also a new location on the island called Kit’s Cantina, which looks pretty much the same as your standard scum and villain hive.
Mando’s Bounty is available to play in Fortnite now and will remain in play until Feb. 9 at 9 p.m. ET.
