Former Cruz Azul Robert Dante Sibodi leaves Liga MX; I would already have new equipment

According to information revealed by Tiempo Extra’s Óscar Flores, Uruguayan coach Robert Dante Siboldi, after resigning from Cruz Azul after hitting the Pumas in the MX League’s 2020 Opening League, would already have a new team.

As detailed in the information, Siboldi would be a serious contender for it Peñarol from Uruguay for the following season, so he would leave Liga MX as apparently it wouldn’t be an option for another club.

“Robert Dante Siboldi candidate to lead Peñarol in Uruguay,” Óscar Flores wrote on his official Twitter account.

We should not forget that Siboldi was supported by director Jaime Ordiales, who put his hands in the Uruguayan and intervened at the high level of the cement board, to continue in Cruz Azul.

Although he had also issued the Uruguayan with an ultimatum, which Robert accepted, knowing they had failed on a massive scale against the Pumas in the semifinals.

However, Siboldi has resigned and now it appears that he would go to Uruguayo with Peñarol, although it is not known whether contacts and negotiations have already taken place.
