MEXICO CITY. – After the news that the actor and theater and television director, José Ángel García, had passed away, his son Gael García posted an emotional message on his Instagram account and remembers his father with several images.
I remember reading Mexican history together before the school bus came by. I remember so many things that only fit in the poetry of memory. I cannot put into words the affection and peace I felt when I returned from the performance. He gave me a kiss on the forehead, and as the song says, the monster is gone. The protagonist of “La Mala Educación” thanked his followers for the displays of affection they have shown him, and is pleased to know that his father has done many people good.

José Ángel García was a great actor and director of theater and television in Mexico. He started his career at the age of 14 and took part in several soap operas.
As a director, José Ángel has been at the forefront of melodramas such as “La Fuerza del Destino”, “Libre Para Amarte”, “Mujer de Madera” and “La Rosa de Guadalupe”.
He died of pulmonary fibrosis last Friday morning.
