Phelps was also shown at a shooting range in a photo dated two days later, according to the complaint. “On February 22, 2021, Phelps applied for a concealed weapons license.”
On March 3, the Miami-Dade Police Department’s Secret Service and detectives went to Phelps’ residence to attempt to interview her, but she refused to speak to them at the time, according to the complaint.
“Two days later, I received a call from Phelps complaining that her employer had put her on administrative leave,” the complaint read.
On March 6, a Secret Service agent went to her home to talk to Phelps.
