A 58-year-old man was murdered the early morning of January 1 in the Quintero district of Tlaquepaque; this is the first murder registered in Jalisco in 2021.
According to municipal police, the events were recorded at 3 a.m., when residents of the area reported that an unconscious man was sitting on a pool of blood in a house on República de Cuba Street, about May 5.
The agents who arrived at the site confirmed the report and asked for it medical assistance, but upon arrival, the paramedics indicated that the man had no vital signs and had injuries to the chest and skull.
Although there were no witnesses to what happened, some neighbors indicated that the murdered person had apparently gone to visit his family but found no one at home.
The prosecutor who undertook the investigation ordered experts from the Jalisciense Institute of Forensic Sciences to take the body to perform the autopsy of the law.

Sinaloa
The year begins with four violent murders in the capital, Badiraguato and Guasave, one of the victims, named Jaime Enrique “N”, was attacked with bullets in one of the streets of the Mirador neighborhood, Culiacán, and tried to take refuge in his home, where he died.
Municipal police were informed that several firearms detonations had been heard on Mar de Capricornio Street in that sector and a young man ran to one of the houses in that area.
When the displaced personnel arrived on the scene, they were alarmed by relatives of young Jaime Enrique “N”, 20 years old, who had been badly injured. When they checked his vital signs, they confirmed that he had died.
In the morning, in front of the preparatory school building of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, in the receivership of Villa Adolfo López Mateos, the body of the youngster was found, who had gunshot wounds. The victim had no ID with him, so the prosecution opened an investigation folder to catch his attackers.
In the galleys of the agricultural field, located in the town of Rojo Gómez, the Burrión syndicate, in Guasave, Luis “N”, 50 years old, was found dead, who received several wounds with a knife.
One of the versions collected by the Ahome municipal police was that a fight broke out between two people in the said agricultural area, in which Luis “N” lost his life after several injuries with a sharp weapon.
The fourth victim, whose identity is not yet known, was on the side of the entrance arch of the town of Badiraguato, who suffered gunshot wounds, without the municipal authorities receiving reports of detonation of weapons.
Zacatecas
It also started with a violent climate when six murders were registered in three municipalities, the facts of which are related to the struggle between the various organized crime groups that contest the territory.
According to reports from the police and the Zacatecas Public Security Secretariat, three bodies with gunshot wounds were reported in the municipality of Guadalupe in the community of Sauceda de la Borda on the way to Vetagrande.
While in the community of Hidalgo de Ojuelos in the municipality of Fresnillo, a lifeless José Alfredo “N”, 24 years old, was found, as well as a 20-year-old wounded with a firearm projectile. , who was taken to a hospital on his own.
Similarly, the bodies of a man and a woman were found in the busy road bridge in the municipality of Valparaíso, where 7.62 caliber ballistic elements and an orange cardboard with black text were found, with messages referring to organized crime groups.
