Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines currently recommend that vaccinated Americans continue to wear masks in public, although the agency says vaccinated people who get together exclusively with others who have received the vaccine can do so safely without a mask. Attending “medium or large gatherings” with or without a mask is also still not recommended.
“We are still learning how vaccines affect the spread of COVID-19. After you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you should continue to take precautions such as wearing a mask, keeping 6 feet away from others, and crowds of people. and poorly ventilated areas – in public places until we know more, ” the CDC said in the guidelines.
